Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations should maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio and a standard SGRE 2024 template is provided on the website here. Each speaker is allotted a 10-minute time slot for their presentation. A question and answer (Q&A) session will follow each presentation. Kindly verify the conference program for the specific day and time of your session, and ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes in advance. This allows you to upload your presentation onto the session room computer and check in with your designated session co-chairs.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster presentations must adhere to the provided template, specifying the recommended dimensions. On-site poster printing is not offered. Consequently, it is essential to ensure you have printed your poster in advance. Please review the conference program for your session’s exact day and time, and plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This ensures sufficient time to affix your poster in the assigned area. If needed, feel free to seek assistance from the conference team.
